Moore, OK. (January 6, 2023) – Rapid Fire Safety & Security (“Rapid Fire”), a new multi-regional “Buy & Build” strategy in the fire safety and security industries launched by founders
Mike McLeod and Colin Harrold in partnership with Concentric Equity Partners (“CEP”), announced the acquisition of Wiring Solutions (the “Company”), a Moore, OK-based provider of commercial fire and security system design, installation, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair, and monitoring and low voltage cabling and wiring services. Rapid Fire is acquiring the Company from founders Matt and Jennifer Petering, who will be transitioning out of their leadership roles with the business to retirement. Wiring Solutions marks Rapid Fire’s third acquisition since its launch in March 2022 and expands the platform to the Oklahoma City and Tulsa markets.
Founded in 1996, Wiring Solutions has experienced steady growth and expansion over the last 25+ years to develop into one of the leading systems integrators in Oklahoma. The Company provides innovative fire and security alarm monitoring, maintenance, test and inspection systems and services and is recognized for its top customer service and long-tenured, skilled employee base. Wiring Solutions has significantly grown its service offering over time to become a one-stop shop for fire, security, and other life safety systems needs to better serve customers.
Today, Wiring Solutions installs and services access control, surveillance, fire alarm, and security alarm systems for primarily commercial and government customers. All Wiring Solutions employees will remain with the Company post-close and serve as key team members in the build-out of Rapid Fire’s Oklahoma market.
